“Nesuto” is Japanese for “nest” — a meaning reflected in the rounded shapes that fit comfortably in the hand. Nesuto is available in two color variants. The greenish-gray glaze “Bonsai” is inspired by the art of bonsai — the epitome of slowness. The “Fuji” variant, with its stony look, evokes Japan’s iconic and tallest mountain. A natural monument and dormant volcano, battered by winds and snowstorms outside, warm and calm within — a true metaphor for Japanese culture.
